History

1961 Established Yashima Bussan in Kita-ku, Osaka-city.
Became a distributor for NIPPON PISTON RING and Nihon Unbrako and started import/export trading of machinery and parts.
1971 Opened a sub-branch office in Numazu, Shizuoka Pref. to expand business in the Tokai area.
1974 Relocated the Numazu sub-branch office to Shizuoka-city.
1982 Attained a sole agent contract with a German manufacturer, RIFOX. Started selling float-type drain traps as a sole distributor in Japan.
1985 Upgraded the Shizuoka sub-branch office to a branch office for business expansion.
1999 Established an affiliated company, AIP CO., LTD., and started designing and manufacturing dies for ultra-precision press.
2005 Acquired KES Environmental Management System Standard Step 2.
2010 Became a member of Osaka Prefectural Manufacturing & Industrial Association.
2011 Marked the 50th anniversary of the establishment.
2012 Relocated the head office and the warehouse in Suita to the current address for business expansion.
2017 Joined Team Tyura Sango. Participated in corals conservation as our CSR activities.
2018 Acquired KES Environmental Management System Standard Step 2SR.
2022 Our Shizuoka Office moves to the current location for business expansion.
2022 Concludes the contract with Konica Minolta to start working with them as a FORXAI solution partner.
2022 The company is certified as a 2023 Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organization.
